For Christmas, Santander SmartBank turned Instagram Stories into an interactive story where followers decided what happened next.
Through a series of polls, the community chose the protagonist’s destination and shaped the narrative in real time, creating a story that adapted to every decision.
A Smart Story was recognised across several festivals, winning Bronze in Digital Craft at Inspirational, Bronze in Digital Marketing at ADG-FAD, and awards for Branded Content and Social Media at Agripina.
